Take a clay class with me! I teach regular clay classes for kids and adults. Everything is included. All classes are either 6, 8 or 10 wks depending on session. Call for a detailed schedule!
Raku workshops are signing up for 2008 season. $75.00 per session includes everything (Student fee is $50.00). Bring your own bisque ware. Individual open raku monthly.
Care and Feeding of your electric kiln. A workshop for those who have or are looking to get an electric kiln for their home studio. Learn terminology, history and repair techniques. Now available at The Fine Line Art Center in St. Charles, Chicago Ceramic Supply.

Fire
This 4-5 hr workshop brings
the magic of raku to your students. I
bring my raku kiln along with everything needed to make a successful out door
firing. Prepare by creating and bisque fire your student wares to cone 05.
Raku clay not included, but available.

Wheel
Bring a different
perspective on throwing and production of functional wares to your students.
In this 3 hr workshop we will throw mugs, bowls and vases while
discussing clay and pottery. Clay Included! $250.00

Kiln Construction
In this 6 hr workshop we
build and fire a 3 cubic foot raku kiln. The
workshop includes everything needed to make many successful firings: kiln,
glazes, fuel and safety equipment. The kiln stays with your students to continue
to use.
